Between 2010 and 2025, over 385 organizations, schools, colleges, and businesses across Vermont and beyond sought CQ Strategies, LLC services. CQ facilitated more than 650 workshops for over 12,000 people from community organizers to superintendents to CEOs, with the goal of increasing equity and cultural proficiency in our communities.

TRAINING DELIVERY METHODS
CQ Strategies trainings included small and large group activities, paired and small group structured dialogues (concentric circle activities, case study discussions, etc.), experiential simulations (bias bike, card games, etc), videos followed by discussion, and more. Participants were continuously asked to connect and apply workshop content with their everyday personal and work experiences.
