About CQ Strategies, LLC

CQ Strategies, LLC was a Vermont-based training collective active from 2010 to 2025, committed to justice, equity, cultural proficiency and social justice work with local, regional, and national organizations. For 15 years CQ Strategies provided high quality, interactive learning experiences to diverse groups and individuals yielding positive results.

In 2023 CQ Strategies was honored to receive the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Vermont “Minority-Owned Business of the Year” award in recognition of business practices and contributions to the community.

CQ Strategies trainers brought years of experience facilitating trainings related to class, ability, sexual orientation, religion, race, gender, age, physical appearance, and the inter-related dynamics of power and intersectionality.
